We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, sizing information, prices, availability, and safety information. Product colors and appearance may vary depending on your device. Manufacturers may change product specifications without notice.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel and refund an order if information, pricing, or availability is incorrect.

SIZING AND FITTING

Correct sizing and fitting are important for the proper use of equestrian safety equipment. Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and selecting the appropriate product and size.

Protect2Ride may provide fitting guidance in person, virtually, by telephone, or through information on the website. This guidance is intended to assist the customer but does not replace the manufacturer’s instructions.

Customers should contact Protect2Ride before using a product if they have questions about its size, fit, compatibility, or operation.

SAFETY EQUIPMENT LIMITATIONS

Horseback riding and equestrian activities involve inherent risks. No helmet, air vest, body protector, or other safety product can prevent every injury, accident, or death.

Products must be worn, maintained, inspected, activated, reset, and serviced according to the manufacturer’s current instructions. Customers are responsible for:

• Reading and following all manufacturer instructions

• Using the correct CO₂ cartridge and accessories

• Checking equipment before each use

• Ensuring straps, tethers, fasteners, and activation mechanisms are correctly attached

• Replacing or servicing equipment when recommended

• Following applicable competition, barn, trainer, and governing-body rules

Do not modify safety equipment or use incompatible replacement parts or cartridges. Improper sizing, attachment, maintenance, alteration, or use may affect the product’s performance and warranty.

Protect2Ride does not guarantee that any product will activate or provide protection in every fall, accident, or circumstance.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, and payment authorization. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping, handling, and other charges will be displayed before the order is completed whenever possible.

We may contact you to verify order information, confirm sizing, discuss availability, or prevent suspected fraud.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates based on product availability, distributor availability, carrier service, and destination.

If we cannot ship within the time stated when you ordered, we will contact you and offer the opportunity to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped portion of the order for a refund.

Some products may be special ordered, backordered, or shipped from a distributor. CO₂ cartridges and other regulated items may be restricted to ground shipping and may incur additional handling charges.

Protect2Ride is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service interruptions, incorrect customer addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are governed by the return conditions displayed on our website or provided at the time of purchase.

Products must generally be returned unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags, manuals, accessories, and other included items.

Certain activated, damaged, personalized, specially ordered, clearance, or regulated products may not qualify for return. Customers should contact Protect2Ride before sending any item back.

WARRANTIES

Products may be covered by a written manufacturer’s warranty. The duration, coverage, exclusions, and claims process are determined by the applicable manufacturer.

Manufacturer warranty information will be made available before purchase when provided to us and may also be requested by contacting Protect2Ride.

Protect2Ride does not create or expand a manufacturer’s warranty unless we provide a separate written warranty expressly stating otherwise.
